DIMENSIONAL DEVIATION OF FIREPROOF ALUMINUM COMPOSITE PANEL

Fireproof aluminum-plastic composite panel refers to a composite panel with inorganic material as the core layer and aluminum on both sides, and its surface is decorated with a coating or a thin mold.

 

The allowable deviation of the size of the fire-resistant aluminum-plastic panel shall meet the following requirements:

 

1. length

The deviation of the length of the aluminum composite panel should be plus or minus 2mm.

 

2. Width

The width deviation of the aluminum composite panel should be plus or minus 1.5mm.

 

3. Diagonal difference

The deviation of the diagonal of the aluminum-plastic composite panel should be less than or equal to 3mm.

 

4. Side straightness

The edge straightness deviation of the aluminum-plastic panel should be less than or equal to 0.5 mm.

 

5. Warpage

The warpage deviation of the aluminum composite panel should be 14 mm or less.

 

The dimensional tolerances of special specifications can be negotiated between the supplier and the buyer.
